Last weekend my family and I went down to our home town in Florida to play for a wedding. The couple was James Clark and Katlin Booth for those of you that know them and for those of you that don't they are the ones in the top picture. It's always so special for us to be able to go down there since it's the place we grew up. It all started with a 9hr car drive on Friday :-(. Jenny Maxson, a friend of ours, went along with us because she was a bridesmaid in the wedding. We left at 6am and arrived about 3pm. The wedding rehersal was at 5pm which are always disasters! I was the pianist for this wedding and the timing never really gets solid during the rehersals so I always come away from those more nervous than I go. Afterwards we went to La Rambas, a mexican resturant, for the rehersal dinner. We had a load of fun and the food was awesome as you can see in the above picture . The only problem was the manager wasn't the best but thats okay. The wedding was at 1pm Saturday and it was beautiful. The only problems were that one of the flower girls got stage fright and refused to come down until her mother talked to her. The other problem was that they forgot the ring and the father of the bride had to go get them out of the car. But besides that it was a wonderful wedding. Afterwards we went bowling with all our friends down there and had a marvelous time. It's awesome to see that christion young people can still have good, clean fun together. The next morning my dad preached in sunday school for the whole church and I played piano for the morning service. After the morning service we changed and got back on the road and headed home. It's always suuch a blessing to go back there.

Well you had to know it was coming!!! My blog on work! I am a shift manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. God has blessed me with a wonderful work place that I absolutely love. Each employee is part of a big happy family that has many different personalities and styles. For the most part we all get along and enjoy working with each other.

WE also have a great group of customers that we get to know very well. There are many, many customers that I know so well I can see there car coming and have there drink ready before they even come into the store. For example Kim always comes through drive through and gets a venti nonfat with whip toffee nut latte while Noel ALWAYS comes inside and gets a 8 shot iced venti white chocolate mocha, no water, with whip and caramel sauce americano!

And lets not forget the food and drinks! Right now Starbucks has gone a little banana crazt but thats not a bad thing. Right now were pushing our new Banana Coconut Frappuccino and Banana Creme Frappuccino. Heaven!!!!! We are have some new pastries including Banana Creme Bar ( which tastes exactly like banana pudding in your hand), Summer Berry Stack ( tastes like key lime pie and trix), peanut butter stack, and caramel brownie!!! Theres enough there to give you an idea now get down here and try it out.

This was my graduation night. It was awsome and the night went off almost without any problems. The only one was that I couldn't get my cap on when they called my name. lol! My grandfather from Illonois got to come down and my friend Brian Clark was in town visiting his brother so he got to be there as well which was really cool. Afterwards we went to Cracker Barrel and hung out there for awhile. Then we went backk to our house and watched Hoodwinked but I fell asleep about 20min into it. Then I got called into work @ 5:25 which made me a little grumpy but overall it
was a great time. I also had the nice surprise that I had a GPA between 3.6 and 4.0. I don't know exactly what it was but that's what the gold chord around my neck meant. Well that about it. I DID IT!!!!!!

Hey Everyone, This party was back on the 6th but since I just got my blogspot today I thought I go ahead and post about it. This was a sorta a happy graduation/goodbye party. Graduation for Sharon and myself and goodbye for all the crownies :-(. It was sad because this would be our final party with our gang but we had a really good time anyway. We played Who Am I crown college faculty style and It was the funniest thing I had ever seen. I 'm going to miss all these guys. I was a really hard time for me since I'm leaving this fall. I'll get to see them for about 2 weeks before I go but it's the end of an era.
